One of the best stays of our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka! Best value for money. The room was spacious and clean, great shower with hot water, and breakfast could be enjoyed on the little veranda every morning. The bed was sooooo comfortable!! Location is a bit out of town which for us was ideal, since we enjoy going on walks and exploring our surroundings. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive, and helped us to rent a scooter, and took us in and out of town when we needed. Sigiriya was just a short ~30min scooter ride away, Dambulla cave temple is just around the corner. For us this was the perfect end to our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you!!

The room was awesome. Bathroom outdoor was really nice. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to spend time in Sigiriya and the temple caves. You can also relax on the pool and the food at the hotel was really good, breakfast was super. The personnel working at the hotel were really kind and helpful.

Clean, spacious room, everything is new and well-functioning. Hot water in the shower is great, bed is very big and comfortable. It’s also very quiet and has beautiful views from the balcony. My partner and I received exceptional personal service from Sanjay and his wife Madhu who own Simoya, with nothing too much trouble. Breakfast on the balcony that overlooks the jungle with its monkeys, squirrels and other wildlife was a fantastic experience, with the traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts that the couple served us each morning absolutely delicious. Sanjay even made some phone calls to find out where I could get a spare part for my rental car. It was a great relaxing and refreshing stay!

Nuwan was very nice and offered help all the time. The environment with tropical plants in the garden were very pleasant and beautiful , we liked it very much. It is nice to read a book on the balcony quitely. The breakfast with own planted fruit was also good.

This is a special place. The location is beautiful with plants and quirky artifacts surrounding you. The owners are so helpful and can drive you around in the TukTuk, provide evening meals and search out wild elephants (yes, we found some by the roadside). Recommend if you want something off the beaten track with a personal touch.

The best thing on this accommodation are definitely the owners. So kind, so modest, happy and helpful people one would not believe. We stayed there just for one night and then we had to move to another city but the stay was nice, calm, clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We could arrive after midnight and the owner welcomed us with open hands and also helped us to schedule a trip to safari, ordered a driver and that everything in couple of minutes. The next day we could leave a luggages there and come back next evening. 10/10. The owner also helped with the luggages on our way to the next bus and stayed with us till the bus arrived. Would recommend to everyone!

The location of the farm was excellent, you will find yourself in places you would not come otherwise. Pradeep's place is very well maintained, we stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and they were quite basic but that's what we wanted. If you are up for more luxury there are four new rooms which are all very modern and super clean! The farm is great and staff super friendly and helpful. It was a great way to get a peek in actual sri lankan culture. Would definitely recommend going here!

As a local couple we went there on 13th May 2024, Location was very calm and quiet, Bedroom and Bathroom were very clean and new. Air conditioning, television, hot water and hair drier was available there. Food was delicious and the way serve food was eye catching. Owners were very friendly and kind people. Prices were very reasonable. We hope to go there again.

The location is ideal for access to the busy centre but far enough away that you don't have the noise that goes with it. The beautiful views made the already enjoyable and filling breakfast, even better. AC and fan worked well!
