The location is very calm and quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden. The apartment is very clean and modern. The entire staff took extremely good care of me and has assisted me with any kind of request (from booking a Tuk Tuk/bike, to preparing very reach and tasty breakfast/lunches/dinners). Coastal Villa, Kallady homestay was a lovely, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay. The roof is covered with the greenery bougainvillaea over it. It was an awesome luxury stay with delicious homemade food, well maintained spacious room, and bathroom spotless. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. My kind note as an advice to the guests who will visit the Coastal Villa. It is my opinion to share. I have read some scandalous allegations of reviewers against Coastal Villa and for its owners, and I am not in a position to believe these lies at all honestly. They provided me with homemade delicious food that I have wanted and ordered. Within the time, the host Suzan and her husband had prepared my food at the appointed time and the food was so delicious and hot there was no disappointment within my stay. I was advised by the host where I could visit the places during my stay, and visited sites so amazing. I highly recommend this place candidly and will definitely visit again. Thanks a lot for Coastal Villa, Kallady - Batticaloa.

The location of the hotel was quiet and located only 200m from the beach. The room was equipped basically but with everything you need. It was clean. The cordial couple running the hotel were always friendly, helpful and courteous. All requests regarding transportation, travel advice and extra requests were fulfilled immediately. We would come back at any time.
