Very nice and cosy hotel in Anuradhapura. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff super friendly and the food very good. It was one of the best Hotels we stayed in while in Sri Lanka. The atmosphere was very calm and cozy. Would definetely stay there again. :)

Don't hesitate - book it! Maho is a pure, peaceful treasure, newly built with all amenities you need & a beautiful pool. It's very quiet & idyllic there. Best bathroom we had in Sri Lanka & always hot water. The bed is pure heaven! Located directly near the old city :) Hosts & staff are priceless - they go above & beyond to ensure a perfect stay! They even look for the best prices in trips & transportation & will tell you everything 100 % transparentely. Food was veeery tasty! Breakfast is included & they additionally offer lunch & dinner as well. It was really hard to leave this stunning place & everyone working there! We even extended our stay. Thank you for everything! Our 3rd time in Sri Lanka was a lot more perfect with staying here :D

We had an excellent two night stay at corner cottage! The hosts were so friendly and lovely to talk to, and incredibly helpful in supporting us to plan our stay. Gihan also took us to the market to buy fresh produce and then we all cooked delicious Sri Lankan food together. Definitely recommend staying here :)

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed! Jonti was always attentive, he kept the place clean and tidy, a kind soul to chat with! I enjoyed cooking and sharing food with my roommates, and just chilling out in the common area. Watching animals coming and going in the garden was fun - mongoose, monkey, parrot, Bengali monitor, woodpecker, kingfisher, hornbill, etc. Two minutes walk to the lake for sunrise/sunset. Truly a gem in Anuradhapura!

Perfect base for exploring ancient Anuradhapura. The accommodation is very clean and modern, it's a lovely and peaceful spot. Breakfast was really good and our host was exceptionally nice and helpful. We had a really good rest and got all the help and advice for our time in Anuradhapura (and two bicycles which are actually perfect for getting around the ancient sites and temples). Can't recommend this place enough, we'd come back any time!

Arachchi Heritage is an architectural marvel combining Sri Lankan tradition with a sleek, modern design and much attention to detail in a beautiful setting at the lake shore. With only 3 tastefully decorated rooms to rent it has a very private and exclusive feel to it. We loved relaxing in the open lounge area by the pool with a nice cup of tea or cold drinks. The hospitality of the owners and staff made it feel like a home away from home. The freshly made to order food was delicious.

Very friendly and helpful family. The room was very clean. The location perfect, if you like to see the sacred City. It is just at the entry and you can easily explore everything by foot. There is a lot of wildlife arround. The breakfast ist fantastic.

The homestay is in a great location, you have a beautiful view of the lake and can see the stupas in the background. By tuk-tuk it is 10 minutes to the ancient city and about 45 minutes to Wilpattu NP. The rooms are very clean, there was delicious food on request and the host was really nice and helpful. Really great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very supportive and made check-in a breeze. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation and a variety of nearby restaurants. Overall, it was great value for money. Highly recommend!

The hotel has nice rooms which are very clean. The hosts are very friendly and prepared a great dinner and breakfast. Location close to the ancient city is very convenient.

Coming from a no aircondition bb, we loved the rooms with aircondition! Very clean with large beds, soap available (not all places have that) and great location. Close to the new bus station, shops and supermarked, and still very quiet. The breakfast was cheap and delicious with plenty of food. Owner really friendly and even offered to take us to the old bus station upon departure. We would come back any time!
