Several key things from our time with Muni R&S stood out. 1. Family-run business with a focus to keep the space feeling like home. The space feels cozy, with no ostentatious bright lights at night (unlike other city hotels we've stayed at) 2. 10/10 hospitality. The staff were high in initiative, offering us their amenities (e.g. Bicycles, motorbikes etc.). They went the extra mile to welcome us each time we came back to our accomodation through simple gestures and some seasonal fruit. 3. Silent night~ after a harrowing time sleeping across a pub in Siem Reap, the quiet evening at Muni was a delight. Great perk for the location!

This is a small paradise on earth run by honest, hard-working and kind people who truly care about you as a guest. They built the traditional Khmer guesthouse themselves with bamboo. It is surrounded by a tropical garden and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a mosquito net, sockets in each corner (including next to the kingsize bed), multiple electric fans, a brand-new bathroom with a shower that produces hot water immediately (which is rare in Cambodia), and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. By staying here, you support a local family and you will create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

Echoing what others have said. Genuine homestay out of the city centre in a village. Pisay is extremely eager to please and the family are friendly and kind- would be a great place to stay with kids. Food is excellent. We stayed in the main house in the AC room with a bathroom next to it for our use only. It was spotless and bed comfortable.

Outside of town, quiet and peaceful. The family built a little jungle with beautiful bungalows in their garden. The shower is very basic:water + trowel-you don't need more :) The food was amazing. The host is also a tour guide for a lot of years and we did a full-day tour with him, also to non-touristic places. The family was always around (had dinner next to us) and helped us with all questions. The family also supports the local community, they built up a school for kids to teach them English (as they don't learn it in public school), so staying there, also supports them in doing this important job.

I really like the concept of having a cabin, toilets and showers very clean , great staff. I like the location (very central) and the bar/restaurant (atmosphere, decoration, food very good and affordable). I would strongly advise to take Air con. It was much appreciated.

The property is in a good location to get where you need to go. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were all very clean and easy to use without any issues.

We had a beautiful stay here. The family is super sweet, attentive and helpful. We were often offered homemade cakes and snacks, and Lay helped us when our scooter broke down. The rooms are huge and well furnished, the residence is super pretty and clean, the location is ideally close to the market and the restaurants areas. We ll definitely come back if we return to Battambang. Bottom line, highly recommended !

Excellent value for money. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We stayed in room 114, at the end of corridor, so no noise and quiet. Room had a good size, hot water worked well in the shower. Staff was kind. In general, it was a good place for low budget and location easy to reach to the town center. It is just behind the regular tourist bus stop if coming from Siem Reap.

Cheapest price available for AC room. Very central location. Very clean. Most of the family/staff do not speak English but they are very nice. The room basic but spacious with comfy bed.
