This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The team here are the kindest people. No issue is too much and the little touches they add everyday make this stay just even better. From welcome drinks on arrival and after tours, to handmade cakes, to a delicious breakfast in the morning. We even got a photo at the end as a gift for our stay. This family truly makes you feel like a part of them from the moment you arrive. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are a little basic but have good amenities like air purifiers and air-conditioning. All rooms are incredibly clean and the location is close to the centre of the city. The staff have great suggestions and they also provide a fantastic tour service. Our driver for our day trip, Khem.Ry, was fantastic. He took us off the beaten path and showed us around local villages and hidden gems, while also teaching us alot about local plants and food. He was very helpful and an excellent driver. I highly recommend the day tour with him as it was an excellent experience! The final touch that makes this place a fantastic destination was that when our taxi to Siem Reap broke down, the owner himself took us the whole way there, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable ride. For such a new hotel, having only opened late 2024, I would happily say Muni is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Battambang.

If you go to Battambang make sure to book your stay with Bun and also do a TukTuk daytrip with him! The full day tour was THE highligh of my stay in Cambodia - we learnd so much about the daily life while also getting to see the main attractions. His beautiful Guesthouse is a little outside of town (10-12min walk), but he offers bicycles and will organize transport to and from the busstation. The stay was very enjoyable!

We had the best stay at Battambang Eco Stay. Pisey and her family are super friendly and they do everything to give you a nice stay. You feel completely welcome! The breakfast is delicious and Pisey is a great chef, so we can highly recommend having dinner at the accommodation in the evening. Everything is very clean and tidy. The accommodation is a bit further outside the center, which gives you a great impression of local Cambodian life. When we are in Battambang again, we will definitely come back!

We loved staying at the Family Bat Cave Homestay! Escaro is a wonderful host, he and his family are very welcoming. His wife made delicious food and Esaro arranged a fantastic day and evening tour for us. We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of the New Year celebration in which we joined the community celebration. The accomodations are rustic and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay here is you are looking for a unique Cambodia experience. Esaro’s partner, whose name I can’t remember now, brought us to so many interesting places and shared a lot of information with us. He was also ready with cold water all day for us. Everything was amazing from the staff, to the decoration, the room and the environment. The hotel staff can arrange for you everything (circus, tuktuk, taxi). You also have one free way to the city center with tuktuk. They also take great care of you and help you if you need assistance to plan your day in battambang. The restaurant and breakfast are extremely good, specially the khmer food (try the nom ban chok). Probably the best hotel i ever visited.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice with lovely pool and garden. Owner and staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Side note - most comfortable mattress we’ve had our entire time in Cambodia. We used the toot toot driver recommended by the hotel and he was reliable and knowledgeable, we used him for the 2 days of our stay and would recommend him to get around and see the local sights.

Setha was an Amazing host, very kind and attentive. In general the place is beautiful, comfortable, a unique hostel with a real Cambodian vibe. The food was generous and tasty. In particular, my private room was good, super comfortable bed, quite (because I was looking this environment), have a fan and one cozy terrace. A lot benefits in an excellent price. You can walk to the center or rent a bike to discover this land (recommend).
