A little bit of unspoilt tropical heaven! No mains water hook up to the mainland, meaning no running water, but the bucket shower was fun and fine, in the little private bathroom. Very happy here - would recommend.

The location, right on the beachfront, is perfect. The food! Every dish I had was amazing. This was 4/5-star restaurant quality, amazing flavours, perfectly cooked, generous portions and very reasonably priced. The staff - very friendly and attentive but not intrusive

Breakfast very good, and every day they change something: base is very good coffee, fruit, honey jam, milk, and one day you have beans cooked in coconut sauce, another day chapati or omelettes, then toasts or sweet rice balls, something typical swahili and we enjoyed a lot. Location is special! Beach just there and a wonderful tropical garden behind. No noise, only birds and peace. No moskitos!!!!

I loved it from the moment I stepped onto the property – it’s located right on the beach! The welcoming and sweet staff made me feel at home right away, and the seafood was absolutely delicious. The art and creative style throughout the place is so unique – I even got to see some of the other rooms, each one colorful and with its own personality. I only wish I had stayed longer, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon
