The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire duration of our stay. The house is beautiful and the grounds are immaculately kept. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms clean and beds very comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and completely relaxed in the Deerpark Oasis. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Nairobi!

Perfect location. Beautiful views and directly connected to the Mall for extra comfort if you need to buy groceries or quick bite. They have complimentary swimming pool, gym & sauna. Our room had kitchen, living and double bathrooms which made our stay even more comfortable. Additional thanks to the staff members especially, Samuel & Daniel who were additionally attentive and helped us with our needs, even helped us clean our luggage from the dust collected in safari. Bonnie went to great lengths to ensure our comfort during our stay. He was especially helpful when some of my family members fell ill and even made sure to regularly check in on us. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and spacious, with good wifi, TV (and streaming services), washing machine, and kitchen facilities. During our stay, both Dan and the hotel staff made us feel at home and became like a family with the guests staying with us at the same time. You can observe the refined taste of its owner, Dan, in every corner of Drexel House, which fills the definition of a boutique hotel. You can spend the whole day reading a book, chatting with your loved ones, sipping your tea/coffee and eating your meal in its authentic and peaceful garden. The best thing is that you can have your breakfast at any time you want, you can't have such luxury anywhere! We are grateful to Dan, the owner of the hotel,and dear Bibiana who personally took care of my mother and niece who was sick when we arrived at the hotel, and did their best so that they can recover quickly. Happily provided whatever we needed! We look forward to visiting them again in the shortest possible time! And I believe that even after years, Drexel will maintain its current quality and offer the highest quality service to its guests. Boutique Hotel at its best!
