We didn’t just stay at this hotel ,we experienced it.We got the best hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the last minute of checking out.We even got some freshly baked cookies and a beautiful handmade decor piece as appreciation gifts. The staff, not just polite but happy to assist/help and ever smiling. The location is fantastic.The gym ,laundry room,swimming pool area,the deck,the food ,just perfect. I would rate the hotel 11/10 if possible.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Perfect location. Beautiful views and directly connected to the Mall for extra comfort if you need to buy groceries or quick bite. They have complimentary swimming pool, gym & sauna. Our room had kitchen, living and double bathrooms which made our stay even more comfortable. Additional thanks to the staff members especially, Samuel & Daniel who were additionally attentive and helped us with our needs, even helped us clean our luggage from the dust collected in safari. This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

We have spent the most unforgettable days at the Drexel House! The location is perfect! There is a beautiful garden at the house where you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view! The design of the house is so adorable! There are a lot of vintage details inside. There is a fireplace inside where you can have dinner. We have stayed both in the room and in the villa. We liked both so much! Villa will be great for the family, it’s big and has several rooms. The owner of the House Dan is very friendly and helpful,as all his stuff! We liked every day of being there,sometimes we didn’t go anywhere ,just wanted to stay there and to enjoy the atmosphere of this unique place! We are sure that we will come back there one day! Cozy,comfortable and welcoming place! Thank you for the perfect stay!
