Cozy Inn is an excelent place to stay while touring Nikko and its surroundings. The room is clean, with Air conditioner, an ideal place to rest after a long day walking the temples in Nikko. Hiro is a fantastic host and deserves all the praises received in the other comments. If I ever come back to Nikko, I’m staying here. No doubt.

Would be a Eleven if not for me.needing to get up from my bed to turn off the lights. Otherwise very convenient location and picturesque place. The room had all the amenities I would need to just bunk in and avoid eating out if I wanted to. Supermarket was a short drive away. The Unesco World Heritage area was just a short walk away. Lawson as well as a few restaurants were also a short walk away. Highly recomended to base out off in Nikko for a hiking trip...

The most beautiful tranquil atmosphere, gorgeous tatami flooring in the bedroom and a stunning view of the garden. I was made to feel extremely welcome, had lovely and interesting conversations and, frankly, the best night sleep I had in months!!! The location is also great, a very short walk from the station but you still get the sense of being completely surrounded by nature.

The host Makoto was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Also made great recommendations of where to eat and where to visit. He also offered a 2hr sightseeing tour which I'd highly recommend. Great location right across the road from Kegon Falls.

The B&B manager was very attentive and offered to cook dinner for us and the other guests. The business doubles as a sweet potato stand during the day, the sweet potatoes are to die for! Don’t be scared of the few reviews. This is a recently established B&B, and it is worth trying for a unique experience in Nikko. You will feel just like at home!
