I have been travel around many places and I would still say this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. From staff, services to the Onsen, everything is amazing. It is very hard for solo traveler to enjoy onsen inside the hotel, this place provided this option and best one for solo traveler. Onsen is amazing with the mountain view. I would rate 10 and I would defo go back again.

The property was beautiful and the perfect mix of traditional and quirky. The owners lived nearby and were really friendly so we felt like we were well looked after. There is a good little supermarket about 2 minutes walk up the road. It took us about half an hour to get to Sannomiya on public transport (including the walk to the tube).

Really nice hotel, was very clean and tidy. Spacious room and was a nice set up if staying a few nights. The bed was super comfy too. There’s a really nice lounge area and the staff are lovely. Super close to a station, the harbour and shopping centre.
