Cheap hotels in Kashiwa

It's near the station, restaurants, shopping street and convenience store. I specially loved the breakfast that served Japanese dishes but they also served bread with coffee, tea n fruit juice.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, but the main advantage is the wonderful staff! This was my first visit to Japan, and I expected that people here would be kind and helpful. Fortunately, that is exactly how it turned out. When I arrived from the airport to the hotel by bus, my AirPods case fell out of my pocket on the bus. This is a very important item for me, and also the original one. The hotel staff helped me a lot: they called the bus company, but the first two times the answer was that the item was not found. And they told me: if it is found — they will inform me, and if not — then not. But the next day I asked to call again, and this time Mr. Miyazaki and two girls at the reception helped me to contact the company again. Unfortunately, I did not remember the girls’ names, but their support was incredible. Even when the company again answered that the item was not found, the girls left a lost item request. And I asked Mr. Miyazaki to help me find the bus number so that I could wait for it at the station and check myself. Despite the difficulties, he found the exact arrival time for me, and the girls wrote a note on paper so that I could show it to the driver, since I do not know Japanese. Thanks to them, I found my AirPods that same evening! Honestly, I was just deeply grateful as a person. I even came at night to personally thank them, but their shift was already over, so I passed my gratitude through colleagues. Thank you for helping me keep the best first impression of Japan. The hotel itself is also very good and comfortable. After a long flight I did not regret staying here. But I would like breakfast to be a little more varied for foreign guests like me. For example, adding chicken and vegetable dishes, boiled eggs or an omelet. But the service is excellent!

Very nice and helpful staff, close to a train station and has a big public bath (onsen) on the first floor!

Great to have drink facilities in the reception area. Very convenient with the station within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Room was standard room for Japan, with small bathroom.

Location is very near of shopping mall,very good free parking available

We stayed four nights with our three children. We booked 2 double rooms and one single room. This is a fairly new Hotel. Very clean rooms, the bed is very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The stuff is very polite and helpful. We liked the big public bath they offer and used it every evening. Also there is a fitness room one can use. Breakfast is amazing. High quality food and ample choices from the Japanese style to western style food. We loved the home -made style Japanese buffet. Freshly made delicious food was certainly our highlight. The Hotel is easy to reach. Only 3 min. walk from the Minami Kashiwa Station. Very convenient to go to Kashiwa Station for shopping and of course close enough to Tokyo for a day trip. Good value for the money. We will be back again.

Absolutely stunning. Great location with a beautiful shopping mall straight across the road. Public transport was right across the street as well. Staff were friendly, dining restaurant was fabulous.

I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Chiba Kashiwa, and I must say, this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, showcasing an incredible level of professionalism and attentiveness. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The rooms are impeccably maintained and spotless. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything felt fresh and sanitized. You can truly relax knowing your space has been thoroughly cleaned and cared for. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff's kindness and attention to detail are second to none. I made a mistake by initially booking a smoking room, and after realizing it, The staff not only noticed this but also proactively offered to change my room to ensure I was comfortable. Their thoughtfulness and commitment to guest satisfaction were genuinely heartwarming. Outstanding Amenities: One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of free amenities available right by the elevator. They provide everything you could need and more: face masks, body lotions, face creams, bath bombs, razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste, chopsticks, teas—you name it, they have it! This level of generosity is rare and truly enhances the experience. Value for Money: The value for money at Sotetsu Fresa Inn is simply unmatched. The quality of service, the cleanliness, and the array of amenities make it an excellent choice for both short and long stays. Minor Drawbacks: There are only two slight inconveniences I experienced: Outlets by the Bed: There are no USBs or power outlets by the bed. However, the hotel compensates by providing an extension cord with USB ports, which is incredibly thoughtful. Bathroom Fan: The bathroom fan cannot be turned off, which might bother light sleepers. Thankfully, the hotel offers free earplugs, conveniently located with the other amenities, to address this issue.

The room was small but big enough. Everything was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was 2 minutes from Kashiwa Station and surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, which made it incredibly convenient. I've stayed in Toyoko Inns in different parts of Japan over many years and always found them to be reliable, clean and good value.
