the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. Everything was really great. It’s in a central location, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooftop area is really nice to sit, relax, drink some free tea or coffee and enjoy the view. The rooftop has a part enclosed with glass doors and ac so you can enjoy it without getting too hot. There is also free filtered cold water on the rooftop which was so nice. The free breakfast was delicious. Everyone that worked there was very nice, polite and respectful. Thank you :)

What a great hotel, really outstanding. super friendly staff who were so helpful. Very clean, modern, well run and in a great location. Easy walk to the historic sights. Lovely breakfast too. At reception we bought a Day Pass to go to The Dead Sea Crown Plaza hotel and it was really great, well worth it. Highly recommend Black Iris.
