It was all virtually perfect. The hotel is new and decorated with great taste. From the moment we arrived, the stuff was super helpful. They allowed us to park the car at their private garage, and gave us all the indications about the place. The room, even though it wasn’t huge, it was big enough for being as comfortable as we needed, very clean, very comfortable, and a great bathroom. They also offered a spa, though we didn’t use it. The day we departed, as we were going to Egypt for a few days, they allowed us to leave some luggage behind which we wouldn’t be needing, leave our car as well, and arranged a taxi for us to go to the harbor. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was absolutely amazing, 11/10! One of the best experience we've had, they were very accommodating and went beyond to make sure we'd enjoy our stay. The Lacosta Hotel is well-located just a couple blocks back from the corniche, within a nice shopping district. There were tons of small shops and eateries everywhere around the hotel. There was ample free parking in the big lot outside the hotel and we received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. We were actually upgraded to a suite which was very nice with great views over the city. Our room was spacious and airy, clean, and very comfortable. The AC and Wifi internet both worked fine. It was nice to have a big bathroom which could hold 2 people at a time. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The best surprise was the excellent gym, with a huge selection of high quality machine weights and some free weights, as well as a modest number of cardio machines, mainly treadmills. It was definitely the best hotel gym we experienced in Jordan.

We loved our stay there! The location and the hotel was great! It’s everything you need for a vacation! The staff was amazing and so kind! They always wanted you to eat well and have a great time! The pool was very clean and generally all the spaces at the hotel is very very clean! The breakfast is generous and yummy! The food is good as well! You can also dive at the royal dive club it’s a very nice experience! Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay very much!

highly recommend! Check in was super smooth and the host is very responsive and helpful. Also excellent location super quick walk to saraya which was excellent because that is where we spent a lot of our time. Very clean too 🙌🏼

This room in London will probably cost you £200 a night. So the fact it was this cheap (due to Gaza conflict and off season) was nuts. The room is immaculate. Very high quality finish. Great location also. Aqaba is a small town compared to Amman so this felt like a great place to end our trip in Jordan. The staff also assist with any questions you have too. They speak good English. Bathroom was amazing. Definitely will book here again if I were to come back.

The best place I have ever stayed at. The place is very clean and spotless, and it has the most amazing staff I have ever encountered. The location is right in the heart of the city with all shops being near by. They offer you an ( In-house only ) slippers. The hostel always smells fresh and floral. The view from the balcony is astonishing and one can spend hours there. The free coffee and tea is a very nice gesture showing the kindness of the hostel manager. I have already extended my stay here just because I never wanted to leave.
