The owner of the apartment is very helpful. He told us about the nearby shops and restaurants. There is a spacious parking lot. There are several warehouse buildings near the apartments, but there was no noise or discomfort, it was always quiet and peaceful. There is a good store and several nice cafes within a 5 minute walk. We traveled with a dog, which has enough space to play and walk. The apartments are cozy, tidy and very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean, with a very spacious shower, where you can have fun bathing for two :) I liked that there is a wardrobe room, where it is convenient to store travel items. 15 minutes by car to the Bologna city center. A great time spent. Thanks Gian Marco.

After a flight cancelation we had to stay in Bologna for the night, and we found this place. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our short stay in such a way that this unplanned stay felt like a treat. We had a very early flight the next day so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast, but they immediately offered to prepare breakfast the evening before so we wouldn't go hungry the next day. They also arranged the taxi reservation in the early hours. The place itself was very comfortable and super clean, and there were complimentary snacks and coffee available. Located very close to the central station and just a few steps from the city center.

Really good place to stay during visit to Bologna. Beautiful place with great view and jacuzzi on the top of the roof. Very nice and kind staff, we got everything we needed during our visit here. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and well located. We have really nice and delicious breakfast here, also very nice staff during breakfast time. Amazing coffee and pastries.

I was upgraded to a recently refurbished room. The beds were excellent as was the whole room. The air conditioner was one of the quietest I've seen. Comfort was excellent. Breakfast was typical of hotels, i.e. plentiful with lots of variety. Very good. Staff was very professional and considerate. The swimming pool was excellent and was included in the price. Considering the pool and breakfast, getting a deal here is excellent value for money.

We were a grop of 4 people (two couples) and we enjoyed the stay. The apartment was spotless and the bedrooms were wonderfull. There is air conditioning in each room including the dining room. Each room has a normal bed, although there is a sofa in the dining room. The bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast was enough for 4 people. The comunication with the hoast was flawless. They are friendly and respond quickly. The parking lot is on the propriety. The car is secured because it the courtyard.

Everything was ok, there were parking places around the hotel, not in the garage. Which was easy and convenient. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are with car, the roads to the Bologna center and even to the Unipol arena are fast and cinvenient.
