The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Firenze in Venice. The location could not have been better – just steps away from everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine hospitality were truly impressive and made us feel completely taken care of. We highly recommend asking the hotel to arrange a private boat tour – they even included a bottle of wine for us, which made it even more special. Taking the tour at sunset was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. Hotel Firenze is a gem in the heart of Venice. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.
