The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

Location is perfect, very calm and peaceful area, in the same time very close to the town (5mins) and to the public beach (max 10mins). Apartment is SUPER spacious, which is not so visible from the pictures on booking. It was very positive surprise. It is all new, clean and equipped with all we needed. To be honest it was the TOP apartment we have ever been to. The owner Diana is also very nice and friendly. It is 100% recommended and I hope we will have a chance to come back soon.

The apartment was very clean and perfectly furnished, an ideal place for a vacation. The bed was very comfortable, and even though it was very hot during our stay, the bedroom was protected from the heat, so we had absolutely no trouble sleeping. The owner is very friendly and has great initiative - we noticed a slight problem with the showerhead on arrival, which was fixed within 20 minutes! Amazing service, amazing location, amazing apartment...I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful view on Garda lake & most beautiful sunsets u will ever see . Apartment was very clean and spacious . 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with dining table and kitchenette and bathroom. Swimming pool with warm water ( thanks to the location on the east side of Garda - it gets more sun until late evening ).

Lovely location in a small cozy village around lake Garda. Top modern apartment with everything you nee to cook if you want, and very clean. Air-condition and TV's in all the rooms with multiple channels as well. The pool was clean, nice table and chairs to relax outside the apartment. The beach was 10m across the street with a beach bar that had friendly staff. Host was fantastic, super efficient check in and departure, helpful in giving great tips on restaurants in the area. We will be back!

Great location in a quiet part of Garda close to the ferry and with a gorgeous terrace to have breakfast on. Our room was a bit dated but spotless, quiet and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in Torre.

The place was very clean, the people who worked there very nice and is a perfect location - no at the city center but 5 minutes walk from there. The view of the castle was a very nice touch :)
