We are four people walking the Via Francigena. The apartment was perfect for us. Our hosts were fantastic they could not do enough to help us. The best thing was the breakfast. Best we have had in 7 weeks.

This is a clean and well-maintained apartment located in a small, safe neighborhood between Buonconvento and San Quirico d’Orcia. Above all, the host lady was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the terrace was also beautiful. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Tuscany.

This is the best accommodation we have had the pleasure to stay in whilst in Italy. In the medieval part of the town, within the walls this apartment is amazing. On arrival our hosts collected us for a short drive from the railway station and showed us around the apartment which was larger than we expected. They were so helpful and also provided a great “welcome box” of fine pasta, good local wine and even Easter pastries. Spotlessly clean and has everything needed for a good stay of one or several days. Everything in the apartment was new and high quality. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Italy!! . We would not hesitate to recommend this to others and hope to return.

Of a seven day trip, the bed and bedding here was the best. The bedding was so fresh that I had never smelled anything quite like it. It was like having a massive cuddle after a 27km hike, which is what we were doing. Make no mistake, the entire accommodation was luxurious. The fixtures and fittings top end. Everything was superb. Our host left some pastries and snacks for breakfast. There was milk. How often do hosts leave milk, not very often in my extensive experience? Thank you for that. There were fruit juices and coffee. Really thoughtful, pleasant touches. The ancient town itself is worth visiting.

A fantastic stay. The host, Ana, was remarkably kind and helpful. The breakfast was delectable and made with local, fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the weather and the view while eating breakfast outside. If you're seeking for a site from which to visit towns and villages in the Val D'Orcia, the location was ideal. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The restroom was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything you would need.

Location excellent in heart of Tuscany. The hosts were brilliant. Lovely family. Went out of their way, to ensure everything was good for me. Like when I arrived, I detected the wifi was not working. I believe they spoke to th wifi provider, but there was some delay, so the family immediately picked up a mobile wifi connector for me, that solved everything. I would be very happy to return.

I had a wonderful experience here. The location was absolutely stunning, and the warm hospitality I received made me feel truly welcome. Additionally, having on-site parking was very convenient, and I loved the well-equipped kitchen (though it didn’t have a microwave)
