A home away from home -I loved staying here. The room was great -the whole place had a lovely energy. Joroen's breakfast was a great start to a day of exploring beautiful Cortona. A lovely accomodation to retire to after a dinner at one of Cortona's fabulous restaurants. A large very comfortable and tasteful room that can be heated or cooled to a comfortable temperature to suit the season. Super good shower.

I can easily say that it is first "10" I ever given a place on Booking and this place fully deserves it. Gorgeous, everything is done with attention to details (from quality cooking appliances, having daily cleaning and private patio), a great host and outdoor pool. Highly reccomend and I will definately be back 😀

Silvano and Giovanna (as well as Black and Brioche) are the loveliest hosts in the most charming B&B! Their hospitality and level of service is exceptional. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. It’s situated right in the heart of the historic center (but the quieter street) of beautiful Castiglione del Lago, within walking distance to the ferry terminal that takes you to the nearby islands/towns. A trip to tranquil Isola Maggiore is not to be missed. Also within a few steps are great restaurants including the Michelin Bib Gourmand, L’Acquario and the breathtaking views from Rocca del Leone. Also truly appreciated the kind gesture of being picked up and dropped off at the station without me asking for it! Could not recommend highly enough.

This is an amazing B&B. Monica is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet her. The views of the lake from the lovely garden are even better than in the photos. We had a lovely, quiet and comfortable room. A delicious breakfast in the garden was such a treat. It is in a great position in the old town. We are so pleased that we chose this B&B.
