The hotel was exceptional. Clean, very modern every detail taken care of. We were warmly welcomed and our bags were taken to our room while we had a cold drink on the terrace. Antonella & her team were wonderful. Communication was exceptional and we were provided flexibility for our check in. The breakfast was amazing and the grounds perfection. Luigi and his family run this place with an incredible dedication, hard work and love and the result is that guests have a VIP 5-star experience from the beginning to the end. We felt really looked after and that's exactly what we needed in our honeymoon. Luigi always makes himself available to drive you to Positano or anywhere nearby, regardless of short notice. Alissa does a truly flawless job at the reception, so helpful with quickly providing information and arranging any services we needed. Daniela picked us up when we got lost in Positano lol she's such a sweet girl and one of the main responsible for that rich and delicious breakfast we had every day. Our room was also flawless - classy and everything was new. Comfortable spacious bed, and other details that make a difference, like the cool lights in the shower or in the closet. Beautiful view from the porch. The cleaning service was simply perfect. This is definitely a great option for those looking to explore Positano for the easiness of access and surely the best service you can have in the area.

The view from the room and the restaurant are unmatched. It is so beautiful to watch the sunsetting over Positano every night from the hotel. Staff were amazing and extremely informative, very helpful and very kind. Location is perfect, not even 5minutes to the main bus stop that takes you between all the towns on the almafi coast and some beautiful restaraunts in walking distance including the food at the restaraunt at Smeraldo. The breakfast is so so good and the staff at the restaraunt are the best too. Couldn't rate this any higher, stay here!!

Could not recommend this hotel more highly, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were all so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, but the best thing about this hotel is the location, the beach is just a few steps away, with plenty of restaurants surrounding whilst being in a bit of a quieter area compared to Positano

The location, the exquisite boutique hotel covered in flowers, the freshly painted walls in the rooms, the spotless bathroom (the photos don't do it justice), the large balcony with a view of the sea, and most importantly, the warmth of the entire family and staff, who made us feel like we were family. The third-party transportation is also outstanding.

The room was spacious and private, very clean and had a great sea view. The staff were very ans always ready to help. I specially want to hightlight Giovanni, who took care of our breakfast during our stay, made amazing cappuccinos, and helped us with the boiled eggs. Elio was also wonderful, bringing happines wherever he went. The hotel's restaurant was excellent; we had dinner there twice. The location is strategic, close to good restaurants in Praiano and near the beach.
