A fantastic owner！Since we were traveling by car, we asked her various questions multiple times before departure. She always responded quickly, patiently answered and advised us, again and again, which was touching. Upon arrival, the landlord couple stood outside the hotel to greet us and helped us carry our luggage upstairs to the room, as if welcoming their own friends. The bus stop is right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. There's also a small supermarket where you can buy discounted tickets and fresh fruit. The sunset here is the most beautiful along the entire Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend this charming and fragrant little inn!

A perfect place to stay!! The room had an amazing view, breakfast was super tasty with lots of variety, and the service was spot on—everything came together to make our time on the Amalfi Coast really enjoyable. The pool with its direct sea view with the warmed water was definitely a highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on places to visit and where to eat. All in all, we’d absolutely recommend this place

The host was extremely kind and helpful, she made our trip even more wonderful! The room with the sea view was breathtaking, always clean, comfortable and nice. The accomodation is on the hill, but you can get to every restaurant in 15-20 min by using the steps (sometimes a bit tiring but the view worth it!!!). Note that all off the accomodations in Praiano (and in the Amalfi coast) has a lot of stairs, since every town is located on the hills.

We had a great stay in Praiano. Predominantly we stayed here because we were attending a Wedding in the local church. Everything was perfect, the Reception staff were so helpful from booking taxis to a table for dinner - I cannot praise them enough. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful & friendly. I would always recommend staying here to anyone that is visiting the Amalfi Coast, it is a great find and we will definitely be back

What a gem. This hotel was perfect for our group of 8. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and balcony had amazing views of Positano. We really enjoyed meeting the owners and they were so gracious and helpful. They truly cared for their guest like we were family. The included breakfast was delicious and we ate an excellent dinner at the restaurant which were both out on a beautiful terrace with amazing views. The owners helped us arrange taxi service and were able to store our luggage on the last day. We look forward to returning to Hotel Smeraldo one day.
