The apartment has anamazing view , sea and mountains , it was clean and well located. Host was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations, we entered at the apt before check in time that was huge bonus, houskeeper was very nice and kind lady, we enjoyed staying a lot and small issues can be fixed , if next trip will be still Elba we know the place where we felt definatelly well.

Home from home _ excellent location, quiet, lively garden and open space kitchen to dream from the morning sunshine to the sunset. Walking distance to the beach or even attempt to get the free bikes ( excellent quality and well maintained bikes), in 5 min you are at the beach or in the center. Parking is included and big spaces available within the premises. If you have expensive bicycles have the option to bring them in the flat, as we have done or there is a secure storage place to store them overnight. The lovely couple, the hosts, are part of package and they will make everything for you to make you feel welcome. A dream location, do not hesitate to book.

Hotel staff were wonderful it's a Family run hotel and little touches like coming out to help bring the suitcases in and the same when we left were very appreciated.The Spa was one oc the nicest I've been to and when you book it you have private access lots of candles had been lit for us and lots if attention to detail.So relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful with a lovely waitress and the choice of indoor or outdoor tables.Parking in a private car park is available and was free. The whole hotel is set on the side of the mountain so has multiple levels and steps. If you have difficult with stairs be sure to book a ground floor apartment. We really enjoyed our stay the walk to the beach is about 10 mins down a path and some steps not too steep and very straightforward.We also appreciated the discounted ferry codes and restaurant and beach access associated with the hotel Available on request.The hotel is 3 star but the service and decor was 5 star. The beach itself is white sand and shallow clear water you have to go out a bit to swim. The whole atmosphere on the beach was very chilled and peaceful and facilities were eccellent there are 2 Private beach access and 2 free beaches. The restaurant on the beach was amazing a huge choice of food from salads to sandwiches to pasta and fritto misto of fish.Also very good prices and well organised there is also a bar for fresh gelato and coffee and cocktails and a edicola and gift shop with the building.This was a big plus as we could walk down from the hotel and relax on the beach all day and everything we needed was there.Would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel and the Fetovaia beach and bar.

The property is beautiful with a splendid botanical garden at its feet. The staff were very friendly, the whole hotel was cozy and homey. They have concerts in the evening and even pool parties, ping-pong and a lot of sunbeds. The room was cozy and clean, the terrace had a clothes drier which came really in handy.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just 4 minutes by motorbike to the centre (marina with beautiful views!) but also easily walkable if you’re heading out for dinner and a glass of wine. Francesca is a lovely lady! Warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge. She gave us plenty of great recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The bedroom was very spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful area, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this place! Thank you so much, Francesca, for having us!
