I think that out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in these last few years — and there have been a few — this was the one that surprised me most positively; it really exceeded my expectations. I think it’s the first time I’ve felt that the photos don't quite show what you actually find when you arrive at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati. The team is incredibly kind and available, super polite. The room (which, thanks to an upgrade we loved, ended up being a fantastic apartment) was exceptional in every way. The location and the view are breathtaking! The building is historic and gorgeous. Everything was wonderful. I just have to thank the team for the fantastic stay they provided us with.

Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

That was one of the most positive impression from our visit to Parma. Some periods it’s difficult to find suitable place, especially which is in good condition and have no problems with maintaining hot water boiler or finding any utensils. Brand new apartments with fresh interior and excellent location. Short walk to the centre, nearby central station and two streets from public parking. The owner assisted with our demands. Highly recommend!

Great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions in Parma. The rooms were spotless and with modern bathrooms. Really appreciate the extra touches such as tea/coffee making, refrigerator and the filtered water. The decor of the property was lovely too and communication with the host was very easy. I chose this room for one night stay in Parma because it is close train station and city centre as well. Actually closer to train station, so the district looks like you can expect around train stations but it is not so bad compared to some Italian cities. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and the room was quite huge. AC worked just fine. Fast WiFi. Hot water. Everything clean and tidy. Silent in the night, I slept well, even though the bed was bit too soft for me. Communication with the owner on whatasapp. I was given keys and instructions after my arrival. In the morning, Maria made me a breakfast according to my preference, she was friendly and helpful. All good, thanks!
