The restaurant produces excellent well presented meals accompanied by superb wines. The spa is an experience not to be missed. At every point the staff were very friendly and curtious. My friend and I stayed one night at Casa Vespina and honestly didn’t want to leave. Tucked away in nature near Civita di Bagnoregio, this place feels like something out of a dream—especially under the moonlight. The room was beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. It had that perfect balance of cozy and stylish that makes you instantly feel at home. We were greeted by a super friendly dog who instantly won us over, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming— And breakfast? Let’s just say the homemade chocolate cake alone is worth the trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-immersed escape with warm hospitality and beautiful vibes, Casa Vespina is it. One night wasn't enough!

Everything was perfect. Lovely apartment. I feel nothing can be better than this - The hosts were very kind polite. I felt I was warmly welcomed (moved by the "welcome cake"), and I think they tried best to make me feel comfortable. :) I was really surprised that the rooms were absolutley spacious and clean. I also loved the terrace. :) In the kitchen, everything was there - including pasta, tomato sauce, garlic, spices and oil, dishwasher, coffee machine & capsule coffee, milk, big refrigerator, ... It was really convenient!! And all the things the host prepared were amazingly delicious. The bed and sofa were also comfortable. I did not feel any kind of inconvenience during my 4 nights stay. In fact, it was a very pleasant stay! :) I will definitely stay here again if I visit Orvieto. 👍☺️

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location with the bonus of a cute little balcony. Very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Our room had a sofa bed for my daughter which Valentina kindly made up for us before we arrived. Nice quiet street but close (easy walking distance) to everything. Would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Orvieto. They can also provide secure parking nearby.

We loved the apartment great location it beautifully decorated every clean and comfortable.It had everything we needed and a great view of the cathedral.The restaurant across the road was very nice also the deli near by where you could get porchetta panini . I would recommend visiting Orvieto and staying at Cathedral House.

We have stayed in many apartments over the years but Marianna’s flat (apartment) was by far the most exceptional. High quality throughout. Outstanding cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location, yet very close to the centre of town. Marianna was a delight to deal with both before and during our stay.

Firstly the location is excellent, we parked at the Marconi carpark which is outside the restricted zone, but an easy short walk to the apartment which is so centrally located in the old town , it is perfect. The car park is 1Eur per hour, but free from 8pm to 8am anyway, so is cheap and not busy. Definitely the best place to park. The apartment is outstanding, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and comfortable and quiet, and very, very clean. The host is helpful, friendly and responsive.
