The owner was incredibly patient and kind. We had a car breakdown and a 3 hour delay without being able to contact them, and they were still super friendly and helpful when we got there. The location is fantastic, in a pedestrian area right in the core of the city centre. Facilities very clean and bed very comfortable. Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at Demora Minelli. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed – a comfortable bed, a great shower, a TV, and thoughtful touches like USB ports by the bed. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Monopoli’s main train station. The host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our stay at this Italian home in Monopoli, hosted by Francesco, evoked a sense of coming home, despite the unmistakably Mediterranean surroundings. The garden with ancient olive trees and the Adriatic sea views created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Francesco's hospitality and local insights added a special, personal touch to our experience. Surprisingly, even in November, we enjoyed warm days and the chance to swim in the sea, making the coastal beauty just as inviting as in summer. The nearby beaches and charming trulli villages were within easy reach by car, making it an ideal base for exploration.
