Spending our days in the villa,was just perfect! The history of the building is amazing,we felt like going back in time. The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

With my missis we've travelled a lot, and genuinely we have not been to a better place. The host, Vincenzo, is probably the kindest person we had the luck coming across. Immaculate communication, extremely helpful( even picked us up and dropped us off to the bus station) and when it comes to the place and the facilities we couldn't have been happier. Everything was extremely clean, the terrace has an amazing view and is very large, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and the rest of the facilities were amazing. It felt more like visiting family rather than staying to a place as tourists. And amazing location as well. I only wish we could have stayed more, but we will be back soon!

Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

Very clean. Good location (for us) as close to bars/restaurants used by locals. Also good for downhill walk taking in all the sites with local frequent (and cheap) bus service back up to Modica alta. Excellent communication from the owners ensuring a smooth arrival and stay.
