Absolutely wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious choices. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist me. The people here made me feel so welcome that I truly fell in love with Modica. Having a free parking area was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Can't speak highly enough about this wonderful place. I loved the atmosphere, the history and the story of the building is wonderful. We went during the winter and were pleased that the heating was great. The villa is traditional and feels like an authentic taste of Italian nobility. Salvatore was welcoming and friendly. We added breakfast and it was very copious and I loved the local biscotti. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are amazing. Well-decorated rooms and bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and really wanted to stay a 3rd but we had to leave sadly. I would highly recommend anyone to choose this wonderful villa. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We liked everything about our stay. Federica the host is available for any recommendations or questions. She is a really welcoming person and the room is perfect, nice view outside (we saw the sunrise from the balcony), the apartment is super new and super clean. All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.
