We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

The house is in a peaceful area from our window we could see an agricultural field. The owner was very friendly and kind we felt as we would have been at home. The house is a typical countryside house with huge terrace and nicely maintaned garden. Parking was easy in front of the BB or at a small side street. The room was as on the photos with huge modern clean bathroom. Everything was perfect. We visited the famous sport car manufacturers that were 15 min far. Also getting to Bologna was easy cca half an hour.

The apartment is very nice, clean and offers high quality amenities. There was no compromise with anything - we had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable, it is 15 min walking distance from Modena city center and 8 min walk from Ferrari museum. Great location. Apartment has super easy and smart access system for self check in that works exceptionally well. Massimo was very polite and supportive host, he answered all our questions, recommended great restaurants nearby 2 of which we had dinners in and they were really worth it.

Lovely B&B and lovely hosts. Attention to the detail! Francesca called a taxi for us and booked us a table at the restaurant - was very helpful! The best place to stay in Modena, we will come again :) Nicely decorated rooms and nice bathroom. Top location in Modena,1 min from Duomo.

This property was stunning! A very attentive host available to message at any time! The apartment it’s self was beautiful, clean modern and a breathe of fresh air in a bustling street! Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!
