The room was nice and tidy. It was roomy space. Breakfast were very good. Staff very helpful. The hotel is located close to the bus stop that takes you directly to Venice (2min walk). We enjoy charging station for EV (11kW).

Everything was perfect! The place was spotless and the location was amazing. Each room had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. The rooms were all new and modern. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful – she really made us feel welcome. The bus stop is just one minute away, and you can reach Venice in 10–15 minutes. There are buses running until late at night, which made everything super comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay – everything was wonderful. Definitely recommended!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. The room was absolutely spotless – everything was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests are comfortable and the standards of cleanliness are top-notch. But the real highlight? The breakfast. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From pastries and fresh fruit to local specialties, everything was perfect and set me up for a wonderful day exploring Venice. Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great layout. The location was excellent — close to public transport to Venice and with free parking provided. Our host was kind and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. As a welcome gesture, she had prepared Prosecco, chocolates, and bottled water for us, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, and even though we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time, it was ready and waiting for us. A truly great experience — highly recommended!
