This hotel was such a nice surprise! I only regret that I didn’t book two nights here, overly cautious from bad experience with other properties. The location is perfect - so near the main train station and a short walk from the center. The room was so clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and actually at the reception for check in and consult at any hour, something that is becoming more and more rare in hotels in Italy. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Genova.

This place exceeded our expectations! The place is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need from beers , coffee and a huge variety of vanity items. Lorenzo was friendly, waited me personally for the check in with extra focaccia. He is kind, responsive, the communication was on spot. We got good instructions for self check in. The owner was so nice to get in touch with me before we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. She suggested the restaurant below for dinner and this was a hit. There is a supermarket too. The building has a renovated elevator which is good when you are with heavy luggage. The apartment is amazing, well designed like a sea breeze. We got refreshments drink as a compliment which was nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well organized and the bathroom is nice and clean. Thank you for everything.
