We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely scent that made it feel so inviting. Vincenzo was an exceptional host—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel right at home and took the time to explain where all the main attractions were. It was such a thoughtful touch to find breakfast and coffee already in the apartment. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Cosenza. I really liked everything, it was an outstanding stay though lasted just one night. However, I have always had a strong nostalgia towards Cosenza, and this accommodation is really close to the city centre, but silent, and the owners are really nice and helpful. There is a beautiful panorama from the terrace of the breakfast room.

Everything was absolutely spotless. The decor is lovely and contemporary and the property is right in the city center. Alessio, our host, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. First of all the host - Rosa, super friendly and extremely helpful. Went out of her way to help us and we just loved stopping and chatting with her. The location was very central and in walking distance to the popular Corso Mazzini. Plenty of parking, buses at the doorstep, supermarket on the corner, coffee bar downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. Also it was so clean and fresh and the rooms are all just stunning. It’s private and quiet. The housekeeper is wonderful. We loved so much about Cinque Stanze.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and thankfully spoke English. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and they offer a traditional Italian-style breakfast free of charge. The location is great - very close to Corso Mazzini, a strip with stores and restaurants.

Palace eight was exceptional. Very clean and our host Mario was very good and what ever we asked or needed he was there to help. Breakfast was very good also. Palace eight is in a great location, restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep. I would recommend 100 percent

Great location, very friendly staff, Loredana & her daughter Erica were very welcoming & great communicators. Breakfast was delicious, Loredana makes the BEST coffee, beds were comfortable & room spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Wonderful room with a large bed, good location, nearby there are cafes and shops. Very clean and comfortable. When checking in and checking out, I didn’t meet a single person - this is ideal for an introvert. All liked it.

The apartment was great, very clean, modern, in a secure building, beds and pillows were comfortable and excellent location. Although the apartment is on a street it was sound proof. Host speaks italian and was very assessable if needed and we used google translate so it worked. One of the few places with a safe.

Perfect location in centre of town. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host was welcoming and friendly and helped with everything we needed despite us not being fluent in Italian. Parking is close and inexpensive. Great value hotel and nothing we could fault.
