Spacious, quiet, comfortable! Coffee machine with stocked pods. Toiletries and towels. Would make an amazing location for a longer stay unfortunately it was one night only. I had driven 10hrs across the alps from Switzerland and was the most comfortable I’d been on my entire trip. Host also accommodated motorbike for parking up for the night and was very happy to help.

The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. We only stayed for one night but was surprised over how nice the place was. We came during a really hot day in June and the ACs in the apartment were a life savior. Big plus that they could be turned down to "silent" when sleeping for a comfortable night. Since it's only a 15 min walk from the train station, and then 10 min walk to the old part of town it was perfect for us who where just passing through with the train. All communication with the host was really easy with good English.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Very well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits and you have your own private terrace. Patrizia was a great host, very attentive and accommodating with later check out. We’d definitely recommend and stay again when we are back in the area

Luca is the best , very helpfull and the communication was easy and he aways answers immediately The apartment was very clean, and it has everything that anyone needs on vacation For sure I will choose it again when I come back to Como with my family The balcony has a great view at the little river on the back, and the sound of the water is relaxing you for sure The parking at the 50 meters before the apartment was ok and we used it without problem I recommend it for sure Luca wishes for the best, and i am sure that you will have it because you are a great person and you saw me that you love this job and this is amazing for the voyages

Really nicely furnished and facilities were excellent. Great location in center of city but secluded enough to be very quiet. Parking space was secure and is really needed in Como. Hosts were great and responded quickly to minor problems. Would recommend.
