Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. Our host was fantastic - super responsive and always available to answer questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making us feel safe as solo female travelers. The insider tips on local eats and activities were invaluable, and the free breakfast vouchers at a nearby bakery were a lovely touch. The beautifully tended bonsai garden was a lovely surprise, and the host's offer of transportation was especially helpful for my 78-year-old mom, making our stay in Civitavecchia truly special.

The room is a lovely modern space in a block of apartments, a short walk from the Port.Two big bedrooms a kitchenette and digital TV and a heater to warm the space.

The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

Paolo was an absolute gem. Probably hands down the best host I have ever experienced. He picked us up from the train station. He showed us around a little. Then gave us suggestions on where to sight see. Took us to a restaurant for dinner that he highly recommends. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while we went and looked at the sights. He then drove our luggage to the cruise terminal. The apartment was better than I imagined. It was huge. Clean, very well equiped and feels homely. The apartment is a very easy flat ground 8 minute walk to the cruise terminal. I can not recommend this gem of a place enough. Paolo speaks Italian and uses google translate. He is extremely patient with communication and looks for alternate ways to help you. Well done Paolo and thank you so much for your hospitality. Very high standard and clean inside. The staff was very serviceminded and accomodating. Especially through their transportation service that picked us up from the airport. Our plane was delayed 30 minutes and the luggage around 45 min. The driver waited though and the hotel contacted us to make sure the driver didnt leave without us.
