Staying at 1823 was one of the highlights of our visit to Chioggia. The room is charming, clean and neatly furnished. The independent entrance gave us the privacy we wanted and the manager of great help. He gave us full directions to a chip parking lot and was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We had a great time in Chioggia and definitely recommend 1823 place. G

Fantastic, special, unique, charming, cosy, comfortable. Each cubic-centimeter was full of hospitality and kindness. You could see it on the floral interior garden, bicycles offered free to go to the famous Sottomarina beach in 5 minutes, the original rococo fan on the wall, the comfortable beds, nice bathroom - kind comfort everywhere. The breakfast was also rich, delicious and customised. The host is a fantastic, kind young professional. The best accommodation of my life.

Very nice studio-like room in the old part of Chioggia. The check-in was very well organised and Loana was a perfect host, offering lots of information. For those travelling by bike, there is a garage available close to the B&B. What we liked most is the breakfast - even though it has to be prepared by yourself. It was provided on a trolley waiting outside the room door in morning and was very nicely arranged, with good-quality "cornetti" and bread rolls and including fresh eggs that could be prepared with the egg maker also available in the room. Overall, a very positive experience for us.
