The room was beautiful, super clean and practical. It had a nice balcony and bathroom as well. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The room is cleaned every day if you wish. The owner was easy to reach and any question was answered quickly. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the train station and from the start of the main street. You don't hear cars or trains.

The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast satisfying. Great value for money overall. The rooftop bar was a highlight — stylish atmosphere, fantastic views, and excellent drinks, with service-minded staff making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The room itself was INCREDIBLE! It was perfectly clean, you can find everything you need! Possibly the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in Italy! Location was also one of the major pluses- maybe less than 5 min walk time from the train station, IN THE city center, with lots of restaurants, bars, laundry around. The host is a super nice person, who helped us a lot, she is very responsive to any kind of requests. Wouldn't be more pleased!

We loved our night here. We were welcomed by a lovely host at the reception desk, who showed us our beautiful apartment. We had a roof terrace and views both to the harbor and out the back to the hill. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very modern and serene. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. We were close to a few lovely restaurants and the harbor and loved being in this quiet little town between La Spezia and Porto Venere - easily accessible via bus. We'd come back anytime.

The rooms are done very thoughtfully…there is a wardrobe, a towel warmer, bidet and even Ac should you need it. The cleanliness was perfect too! It is well situated - 5 mins walk away from the train station and lots of eateries options. You can hear the trains very well since it is that close to the station but with the windows shut it shouldn’t be a problem.

What a gorgeous place to stay. It was the little extras and excellent service that made it so good. The location is excellent. A lovely walk to pretty much everything. Fabulous restaurants, laundromat and supermarkets close at hand. Easy to find from train station and an idyllic walk through amazing shops and streets. The hosts were so helpful and patient. This is such a wonderful place to stay. Bed was so snuggly as well.
