New and well done interior design in a beautiful old Palazzo! Very comfortable rooms and common areas. Excellent location! Nice rooftop restaurant with a view to the sea, port and the city. Value for money! I definitely recommend this exceptional hotel in Cagliari!

First of all, the front desk people, Angello and Regina in particular, were so very nice and helpful. The sea view room that we had was excellent. The bathroom size was exceptional, in comparison to other hotels in Italy. The location of the hotel was superb. Highly recommend to select this hotel.

Great apartment in an ideal location for old town Cagliari. Within easy reach of the harbour and many great restaurants and bars. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and very quiet, despite being in such a central location. The air conditioning was brilliant and a life-saver! Good wifi too. Getting the keys was very easy - helpful and excellent communications at all times with the host. We would stay again and recommend the apartment.

Excellent location for exploring Cagliari. The host arranged pick up and return to the airport by taxi. The premises were very clean and in a quiet street in the old town. It was an ideal base and only a 5 -10 min walk to all of the areas on interest in the town including the fortress, restaurants, marina area, etc

This is a fantastic location for experiencing all that Cagliari has to offer. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We ended up staying in two different rooms as we needed a last minute accommodation on our last night. The team are super friendly, very responsive and easy to deal with. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and I enjoyed waking up in the morning and doing my yoga practice surrounded by the views of the city.

estay were excellent to deal with and the staff were so friendly. The apartment was spotless but not very keen on it's location, it's right beside all amenities and the train station and bus stops but some nights we didn't feel very safe going back there. We stayed for a week which was probably too long for that location but we enjoyed the beach each day on the bus.

the lady that showed us in was lovely and really helpful with local recommendations to make the most of our short stay. Ideal location between the beach, bus stop and supermarket and the other direction into town. The communal lounge / eating area / fridge / kettle / microwave was really useful and everywhere was very clean. The balcony way a lovely addition and the room was ideal for us.
