We had an excellent stay at CHD Rooms! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: within walking distance to many attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting with a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The apartment is very large, with 2 bedrooms and a separate kitchen. The kitchen had everything necessary for living, as well as salt, sugar, oil, pasta) the apartment turned out to be very cozy and bright.I want to mention a very cool location ... 1 minute walk and the city center, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. The house has an elevator, which is a big plus for those who come with large luggages.I thank the landlord for allowing me to leave my luggages and check in ahead of time. He is very helpful and hospitable.

Lorenza is an exceptional host, taking care of all details, really nice and very attentive, to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The location is great, very close to the city centre, and also to the beach (walking distance to both sides). There are nice places to eat very close to the B&B, the bus to/from the railway station is 2 minutes (at most !) away. The flat is very pleasant, with large rooms, very well equipped, and spotless clean. Breakfast is very good, with fresh croissants every day, and a lot of options, including fresh fruit. Definitely a place I am happy to recommend, and where I would come back when travelling to Ancona !

Difficult to find something I didn’t like! The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and in a super central location. Tastefully decorated, and with very useful washing machine and all practical amenities- even a great hairdryer! The owner is super friendly and was extremely helpful! The apartment is located in a very beautuful older building. It was very clean, spacious and elegant. The owner was very helpful and responded immediately to our messages, he even volunteered suggestions for restaurants, etc. Excellent location, near the center. We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!
