Tucked just far enough away to be quiet at night but close enough to the main spots, cafés, and the Ganga, it gives you the best of both worlds. Morning walks feel magical here. The people are what truly make Urban Loft special. Every traveler you meet brings a story, and it’s so easy to make genuine connections. There’s this natural sense of belonging that develops without any effort. The management team deserves huge appreciation. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they care about the place and everyone who walks through the door. A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. The hosts Pooja and Noni are so kind and considerate. They organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and the a porter came to meet the taxi and help me with my bags. I had a balcony room with a view over the rooftops and mountains. Very clean room comfortable bed, lovely hot water. The walk to the main street is less than 5 minutes. There is a kitchen here if you want to cook for yourself. I ended up staying here for 3.5 weeks because I was so comfortable I didn't want to move. Amazing place, great hosts, clean rooms and linen (sometimes hard to find in India. Highly recommend. I will be back

This is a great place, with very polite staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, all the equipment works, there are no dirty spots or stains on the walls. What is very important, there are no insects. Sometimes there is noise from the corridor, but having changed many hotels in India, this is a common problem. I can confidently recommend this hotel, it is an ideal ratio of price, quality, location.
