Beautiful old house kept in excellent condition, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, in the picturesque Fontainhas neighbourhood of Panaji. The host and staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooftop terrace is lovely, filled with plants and offering beautiful views - perfect place to have breakfast. The homemade jam served with the goan bread was delicious, and whenever I was on the property I enjoyed the company of the friendly ginger cat resident, as well as that of the cute dogs visiting sometimes. Overall, it's been a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful historic house in a the peaceful Campal area of Panjim. Deric has made this charming property into a comfortable homestay while preserving and enhancing its antique features. The whole place has a feeling of quiet dignity, yet Deric is so welcoming it feels like home. The rooms are spacious and cool and the plants and trees are a delight. The home stay is within easy walking distance of the commercial Centre and there are taxis and a choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served a few steps away across the road at a restaurant where the food is good and the service prompt and friendly. Deric is an exceptionally kind and considerate host. He checked every day that I had everything I needed and even gave me a late check out in another room because I had an evening flight. I sincerely recommend Vivenda Rebelo to any traveler who values quiet, tasteful decor, value for money, and a genuinely kind host.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay in Goa, thanks to our amazing host. The host, along with her husband, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. My mother-in-law fell ill during our stay, and the host was incredibly helpful and attentive. She provided homemade meals specially prepared for her, which was greatly appreciated. Her husband also assisted my father-in-law in obtaining necessary medications, showing genuine care and concern. The apartment itself was lovely, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. All the facilities promised were in place and well-maintained, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Overall, our host's hospitality and the pleasant accommodation made our time in Goa truly memorable. I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Oh My God!! This place is a thing of beauty. I loved everything about this place. The food was great. No issues with security. Very affordable as well and the staff were the best. The rooms are very spacious with an amazing view of the river. The staff went out of their way to assist me in various ways you can not imagine. They are so friendly and caring. I was heartbroken to leave after my stay ended because I knew I was going to miss this place so much. Thank you for making my stay in Goa very wonderful and see you again. Cheers!!
