The lobby manager was super thoughtful and helpful. Before I arrived at the hotel, he called to confirm if everything was okay with my journey. And because I was planning to visit Vaishno Devi Temple, one location to pick up registration card is just near them hotel, he even asked the stuff to send me there and take me to the starting point of trekking. Also when I asked for laundry, they gave up my clothes much quicker Then other hotels! The manager was taking care of everything for me. Thanks to him, my stay and visit to temple was perfect.

Location is good, you will find autos easily once you step out. Its not exactly surrounded by a very busy market but have many shops in visibility to buy dry fruits and prasad. Thus, you get the peace you need after the whole day of travel. Management and staff was very cooperative and helpful. They helped us with planning our itinerary and also offered support with full-day cab service. Meals were really delicious (pure veg). We had dinner and breakfast on both days of our stay and we were not disappointed. Clean rooms, responsive staff, attentive to needs - a perfect place to stay in Katra.
