A good location about 10 min walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive to any needs and the room was a good size and spotless. Very quiet for a great nights sleep and there is the roof top for a view of the city. I had breakfast one morning too with custom omelette which was very tasty and with speedy service.

I have stayed here, several times, and service is always exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel, the staff makes you feel very special. Awesome stay at best western plus jalandhar. Rooms are excellent. Staff is really nice. Usha at reception helped me in providing early check-in and she carries positive smile. Overall good hotel with nice amenities. Will surely book my stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, especially Rakia in Reception during the day, always with a smile, Manish during night was good we forgot our room cards alot always helped. And I like to mention the Bell boy didn't get his name, always there with smile and helped everyone around.
