The hotel’s location is excellent. It is beside the Dead Sea and the hotel beach has a lifeguard on duty. The Ein Bokek bus stop which is called Hodmidibar is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can catch the public bus to Masada, Eilat, Jerusalem, Beersheba. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Shahah on reception was very helpful and organised a taxi for us on our last day to take us to Ben Gurion airport as we had a very early start.

It was my first time at the Dead Sea and we chose the hotel well!!! as a designer I fell in love with the restaurant. We loved the salt water spa, the saunas and we had a couple's massage which was perfect!!! a dream! Upon arrival at the hotel (after 3pm), we were very well taken care of. Alina was the evening manager and she was a sweetheart!!! we felt welcome. Thank you very much Alina! If there was one thing I would like to see improved the next time I come back, it is in the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to details in the room like repairing the door handle, cleaning our outside sofa... and other minor imperfections but I will definitely come back and take my parents with!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Shahah on reception was very helpful and organised a taxi for us on our last day to take us to Ben Gurion airport as we had a very early start.

Ideal location, good value for money, friendly staff, very clean. Only challenge was the large groups of school students. So quiet tranquil times are not to be found. Check directly with hotel if they have groups booked.
