Great, small unit in COBH in a very central location.. Couple of great little spots.. "The merchant Man" for local GAA club gear and great local info and Kellys Bar for a good pint. Super easy to get into. loved this place.

I don’t often rave about a place, but I have been about this one. The room I had was very small but so well organised and quaintly decorated, I loved it! So much in such a small space, yet it didn’t feel crowded at all. My late arrival was well accommodated for & without a fuss. Because we never met, with my late in and early mornings out, I owe a big thanks to my host- I hope this sincere review expresses that!
