A lovely, peaceful rural location that is nonetheless centrally located for nearby towns. The property is very nicely decorated and the rooms very spacious and airy. The real stars though are the hosts who we had such great fun and banter with and who provided a terrific big breakfast (catering very well for our various diets) - and the world’s friendliest dogs: Bonnie, Clyde and Bailey!

We absolutely loved this beautiful rural location, lovely old home, beautiful setting, gorgeous views, the only sound is sheep bleating, a good chat with other guests at breakfast, and the warmth of the host who makes the best mugs of tea and cooked breakfasts we had anywhere in Ireland. A really memorable stay. Ask for the King Suite if free.

We had a wonderful stay in peaceful Roscommon. The room was very comfortable, we were able to have a lovely evening walk in the area. The hosts were very kind, the breakfast was very, very good, with lovely fresh ingredients. The location is great, allowed us to visit Strokestown (the famine museum) on the first day and Tuslk (Rathcroghan visitor centre) on the second day.
