Our first night in Ireland and my wife and I could not have asked for a better start. Joe met us in the dining room after a late arrival at 8.15pm driving from Dublin. Room was sparkling clean and every towel and the sheets smelled fresh and nice. The surrounding is in a quiet safe neighbourhood where we felt welcome and slept very very well. We were a late arrival, but the host went out of his way to help us find a place to eat despite us being late and even guided us to get there. In the morning, we got a tasty continental breakfast provided by the host, he took extra care to cut up a lovely fruit bowl for us and served still warm pastry. A truly wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, amiable, and with much interest in the well-being of his guests. We had a lovely chat with him and enjoyed our stay though it was only one night.
