We didn’t actually stay in the house advertised due to our late booking, but the home we stayed in was wonderful, we instantly felt at home & our hosts were incredibly friendly & answered any questions that I had about the area & in addition they suggested additional places to visit which were better then the ones that we had selected.

This isn’t our first time staying at this hotel, and once again, it has exceeded our expectations. Everything here is impeccably clean, tastefully arranged, and truly beautiful. The spa, though small, is wonderfully cozy, offering the delightful experience of thermal baths. After long trip from our holiday destination, the apartmant was nice surprise for us. Owner gave us all instructions including very good tip for dinner. He gave us also opportunity to leave the car next day at the parking place until we made the excursion to close Eszterhazy Castle. The possibility to use in the morning the terrase for breakfest was super. The facility is new, nice and clean. If we go close to this destination this would be our preferable choise.

Restaurants, shops and the spa are really close, within a walking dinstance. Car park for the guests' cars. Clean swimmingpool to enjoy plunging into it in the hot weather. Lovely, friendly host greeted us and recommended us an excellent restaurant where we had a delicious dinner. The room was small but comfortable. Clean bathroom, comfy beds, a fridge which was already turned on by the time we got there. The room is equipped with an air conditioner.

The Szidónia Castle is a 4-star spa hotel in a historic castle, only 25 km from Sopron and 95 km from Vienna. Spa facilities are free of charge.

Such a beautiful place, we prolonged our stay there, and will come again. Large and stylishly decorated rooms, nice park to go for a stroll in, huge and comfortable wellness area, perfect service, gourmet food and wines. We felt welcome and at home.
