We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful mobile home nestled in the forest, right in the first row to the sea. I traveled with my three teenagers, and it was the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The layout is ideal—two separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus a spacious main room and a large terrace where we spent most of our time. Waking up to the sound of the sea, having breakfast outside, and being able to swim just steps away without even leaving the house was truly special. The mobile home was spotless, modern, and well maintained, and the staff was always available and helpful if anything was needed. Although it’s located in the heart of the camp, it feels incredibly quiet and private. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from Pula and a short drive to Rovinj, one of the gems of Istria. But above all, what made this stay so memorable was the chance to be together as a family while still having enough space for everyone to relax. Highly recommended!

This is exactly what business woman needs - have an opportunity to take a rest in the hotel, its park and in the area close to the hotel, after a busy day. There was no need to go to the city for dinner or lunch because this hotel offered us a delicious dinner after late arrival and light lunch before we left.

Parking was onsite, right in front of hotel. Beautiful grounds, from the pool and outdoor seating terrace, you can see the Adriatic Sea.. Everything was within walking distance, at Bonaco Restaurant, we had the best grilled sea bass!! 5 minute walk to local bus stop for a visit to downtown Pula (shopping, restaurants, amphitheatre etc.) Room had nice shower and with hand held shower head, Very comfortable beds and nice crisp white linen sheets and comforter, hair dryer, towel dryer, shampoos, etc The included breakfast was exceptional, so much variety of cold meats, and cheeses, olives, omelettes, hard boil eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs over easy, bacon, sausages, vegetables, zuchini, mushrooms, yogurts, cereals, jams, buns, bread, desserts, variety of fresh fruits, gluten free products , juices, coffee,etc

The property is totally equipped: you have small living room, kitchen, spacious bedroom and nice bathroom and hall. We were really amazed that in kitchen there were necessary supplies: forks, spoons, pans, plates, sponges, gloves, detergents and so on. Even oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea lol. A lot of paper towels, kitchen cloths, garbage packages and small plastic packages and etc. There’s ventilator in the bedroom on the ceiling as well. Few big wardrobes, iron desk even. Well, obviously TV, air conditioner and Wi-fi. Big table in living room and a lot of foreign channels on TV. The owner is very professional. He let us to leave our luggage before, was very polite and explained us about the place and where to go. Even gave us few bottles of coca-cola and water as a welcoming gift, which was kind of him. Very generous hotel and the owner. We come from Slovenia and i don’t know if it was a coincidence but we found one clay fresco in the kitchen, which represents Slovenia (look the photo). That was really cute! Also the hotel is in about 200 metres from the main bus station of Pula and in around 800-900 metres from the center of Pula and the main attractions. Hvala puno Zdenko!

The apartment and the whole house are newly and nicely renovated, in the historical city centre. Despite of the busy location, the place is quiet. The huge benefit is parking, because it´s not possible to park a car in the center (it´s really expensive) and you don´t want to let your car in the suburbs. The parking lot is only a few minutes walk away. And I really have to thank you the managers/owners - they answered all our questions within a minute and were very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had enough clean towels (changed once during the stay). We can highly recommend to rent a scooter (https://www.parmula.com.hr/) and explore Pula and other towns and beaches (there are free scooter parking spaces close to the apartment and in the city as well). I attached photos from the apartment and the view from windows.

In a perfect location for site seeing and a short walk to the shops bars and restaurants. Property was very clean and decorated and furnished to a good standard with everything you need. The little outdoor courtyard was ideal to sit and relax before starting the day and in he evenings. It is literally around the corner from the colosseum and you can see the sea from there. The host had even left us some snacks and drinks for us to enjoy which was a very nice touch and appreciated when you arrive and have not had time to visit a shop.

Good location, 20 min walk from the beach (5 min by car), restaurants and bakery nearby. Easy access to the city center (be careful, you need a car!). Free hotel parking, spots always available. Well-equipped rooms, very practical kitchenette. Very clean, cleaning service every day. A/C in the main room and in the bedroom. 2 balconies, one with sea view (+ table and clothes horse). Very quiet, ideal to get some rest. Small swimming pool but sufficient because the sea is pretty close. Discreet but helpful staff.

The hotel was spotless and in good repair. The food was good and the staff were excellent. The location is super. The view from the restaurant and rooftop bar across the marina was a joy. Lots to see with boats coming and going. The bus service into Pula was reliable and cheap. Lots of selection for breakfast and not the boring British breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay! The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of everything in the city. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Everything you need was provided and after days out walking it was lovely to come back and relax beside the pool.

It's very new and recently renovated (antique is a strange name). Kitchen is well equipped, and beds with curtains give good privacy. Location is excellent. Staff are helpful. If you just want a cheap form bed, and not interested in meeting people this place.is ideal for you
