It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. We loved everything about Casa Zala. It is the perfect home away from home in El Paredon with an amazing pool, large private rooms with a very comfortable bed and great shower, and the staff will make you so welcome. We also took surf classes via the Casa and all of the instructors were amazing.

Great Location, QUIET, appart from the local bars, just 300ft from the beach. You can rent chairs, umbrella and a cooler from the Hotel so you can really spend your whole day comfy at the beach. Sundeck with hammocks is amazing for sunset. Really enjoyed staying here! Will be back definitely!

The nicest hostel rooms I've stayed in with great facilities, and definitely the best kitchen I've found in any hostel in El Paredon (or Guatemala in general). The staff were super accommodating, I had an issue with my bed the first night and they were quick (and generous) to make sure it was sorted. I extended my stay several times. The hostel is perfectly social - I met great people who were up for socialising, but you don't have to deal with loud hostel music keeping you awake every night, as is the case with most other hostels in the area.

I was very satisfied. The owners are very nice people. he will talk to everyone. You feel very comfortable there. Unexpectedly, I traveled alone. I didn't notice that I was buying a house for 5 people. So they gave me free food. That was very nice. The girls - staff are very witty and hardworking. There are pleasant evenings with music in the pool.

Super close to the beach, cute bungalows and even dorm provided good amount of privacy as the beds are separate by a wooden/bamboo dividers. Plus there’s mosquizo nets on the dorm beds. There’s plenty of bathrooms and showers, all clean. And cute upstairs area with hammocks- one of the rooms all covered so is in shade an even ideal for yoga, chill, etc. My checkin was smooth, was given some great recommendations on the area proactively. Next to the place is a small cafe with lovely owners, and everything else truly nearby ( eg surfshop rental, surflessons place) .
