Lesbia and Julio are very warm and welcoming hosts. They made me feel like at home, we had nice conversations and it was a great pleasure to stay with them for some days. My room was huge with a big balcony directly above the water - very cool! The location is not in the Flores Island but in San Miguel - so if you search for a calmer non touristic area that's your choice! From Flores it is easy to arrive with a small boat in about 5 mins. Also recommended to book the tour to Tikal etc. and transports with them, they offer for a good price. And it is helpful to know some Spanish as their English is limited (but Julio is learning!) 😊 muchas gracias 🥰

great location for visiting tikal. Staying in the jungle in very comfortable and cozy bungalows. near flores town we also saw a crocodile in its natural environment. they also have a swimming pool and a very good restaurant. highly recommend

Lovely and clean, new renovations and USB plugs even. Spacious and although shared toilet, only 1 other room there. Perfect location for ferry (car and person) to and from Flores (advise this is driving rather than the road in and only costs £3 (Q30). Hosts are lovely and so helpful ensuring you are treated like a local. Rooms are spacious and airy and the fan is sufficient to keep you cool as minimal windows.

Lots of positives. The location was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful in terms of booking trips and taxis. The room was clean. The breakfast I had (only managed 1/3) was excellent, especially the pancakes.

This hotel is in a good location on the island with views to the water. It was spotless clean although a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the air con and shower were perfect! There is music played all day at the pool and it is noisy so if you’re looking for a quiet spot for a daytime sleep this isn’t the place!

Hotel Isla de Flores is in a perfect location to explore the island. It was very quiet, spacious and spotless clean. We even got an early check in which was much appreciated after a sweaty minibus ride! We ate in the bakery attached which was delicious also.
