Rating: 10/10 – Exceptional Great experience from the moment we arrived. Despite arriving early in the morning, we were checked in immediately — a big plus. In the evening, we found a sweet welcome treat from the hotel manager in our room. The place was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view of the bay and sea. The location is perfect, with free private parking. Breakfast was also very good — fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location of the apartment at the north side of Patras. It was easy to walk where I needed to go. Parking was easier to find than in the center. Everything was clean. The doors all had screens so I could keep the doors open and keep the bugs out. The Wifi worked well for my business meetings.

We had the best stay! The balcony is just stunning and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need and more. Location was good too as we were in walking distance from everywhere. To top it off, the host was absolutely lovely and provided us with amenities throughout our stay. She is a delight! Thank you!

We had a last min change of plan & arrived earlier an hour before checkin time. Contacted the owner while on our way & he did his best to accommodate us. Arrived & saw the cleaner lady & her son, they were extremely helpful :) love their hospitality :) My wife loves the coffee machine with the pods provided for an early morning brewed coffee :) The owner has given clear instruction for the parking lot although I ended at the wrong Dead End street which was a little bit of a challenge. Have I followed the instruction properly, the provided parking lot should have been easy to find.
