The accommodation is beautiful and spotless. It is situated away from the main tourist areas, yet all the major sights are just a short drive away. There is plenty of privacy, and we often had the pool all to ourselves. The hosts, especially the young man, are incredibly kind and always happy to help with anything you might need – like arranging transfers. Small, unexpected gestures, along with a morning visit from the lovely cat, made our stay truly special. If we ever return to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again. Overall, we had a perfect time that, unfortunately, was far too short!

The whole accomodation was a dream but besides the amazing Superior Maisonette Suite and the pool I was happy and lucky to experience that every single employee was very lovely, warm and welcoming, kind and professional. In collaboration with the next door agency I had amazing guides that showed me around so I could witness the beauty and charme of the island. It was the perfect place for me to find peace, sun and the ocean in front of their door. An absolute dream!!! I can highly recommend this oasis! :)) THANK YOU!

location is absolutely great, you are 15 meters from see shore, and youre windows and balcony got an an amazing look to the see and a beautiful sunrise, you are 10 minutes car ride to the center of thira, and maximum 20 from all the rest interesting parts of the island. the place is designed beatifull, got living room and 2 more rooms, 2 balcony's to the see, very clean and cozy,got all facilities you need, like washing machine, dishwasher, all dishes, and everything for cooking... the hostess is amazing, you can always call her for anything (forgot car keys when was leaving, in the house, and she brought them to the airport, special thanks for that), she know everything around, and could always give you an advice... will absolutely be coming back again.

This may be a long review as we liked a lot of things. So, if you came to Santorini for night life, you can stop here. We came the whole family, parents and two daughters. That is why we looked for a beach front, two bedrooms apartments. And Dimitrios' house was exactly what we were looking for. And it was much more. The bedrooms are at first floor with their bathroom with shower. Both have the air conditioning that can run in any conditions (no key or open window restrictions - so be careful not to leave it open). Both bedrooms have plenty of space in the cupboards, the smaller one may be a little too small, but it was more than enough for our daughters. The crown of the first floor is the balcony on the bigger bedroom with straight view to the see. Seeing the sunrise in our first morning was priceless. The ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen, the only thing someone would miss is the microwave. It has its own bathroom, also with shower, so we could have a good split when coming from the beach. The living room is very spacious, here you can eat your breakfast or any other meal you ordered or prepared. The TV is a smart one, and you can enjoy several known movie applications. We were surprised by several book available in the living room but we were prepared for that from home. In front of the entrance, there is a small terrace, with a small table, two chairs and a cocoon where you can relax in the evening. At 20m from the house you can go to a small beach with three trees to get some shade. At about 50m from shore there is a stone barrier that stops the waves, and create a small area where kids can have a lot of fun (not very deep water). After the stone barrier you can go into the see, and, if there are no big waves, you can enjoy the swimming. It last for us only first two days, then it was too windy and wavy. I am out of possible words here so I will continue in "what didn't you like" ===

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

The Villa was very well.proportioned with three huge bedrooms with comfortable super king sized beds, tvs and all with their own adjoining bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean inside and out with daily pool clleaning and housekeeping. The outside area was cleaned early in the morning but quietly, and inside at around 11am The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to self cater. The location is very close to the airport and although it is a little removed from the busier areas of Fira and Oia, Monolithos has a quiet beach and lovely restaurants. We had a car and it was only 7 minutes into Fira and 20 to Oia. It was the perfect spot to explore the island and come back to a nice quiet area with our own pool. Spyros was there to great us and give us any information we needed and was at the end of the phone if we had an questions. Don't be put off by any negative reviews, they are completely unfounded (yes the planes fly overhead but it really causes minimal disruption). Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - the ladies on reception and the guys at the bar! Spotlessly clean rooms, beautiful pool area. 5 minutes by car to Fira ( there is a bus service just outside ) and a taxi is 20 Euros each way ( organised by the reception). A traditional Greek taverna across the road - food was delicious and very reasonably priced. 2-3 minutes by car to the airport.

Our host (Dimitrios) was super responsive and helpful. Our ferry was delayed and he stayed connected and patiently waited for us to arrive. The house was precisely what we needed and the location suited us on the "quieter" side of Santorini. We had such a pleasant experience with this property and its services. Thank you Dimitrios! This property is highly recommendable.

The location of the house is amazing. Peaceful and quiet, 15 minutes away from Fira. Maria is a fantastic host, always present when we needed. The interior design is on a supreme level and is equal to VIP standards. The same applies to the exterior, with the swimming pool and the jacuzzi ideally situated with a sea view. Recommended! We will come back.

Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed, and their suggestions was great to explore the island. Very clean room, great price and the location ideal, not super busy and near the airport. We really enjoyed our stay at Memories Beach Hotel!

Anna’s Villa was great value for money. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with a big kitchen and living area. We liked the location. It is very close to a beach which has soft black sand. We swam in the water. Also the area has 3 good, value for money restaurants close by. It’s obviously not in the very touristy areas of Santorini but everywhere is easy to reach due to the bus network. The buses are amazing cheap (1.6€) and air conditioned).

Everything was great, from the staff to the room, food.. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed every second. Location is great 'cause it's not to crowded. Would recommand to rent a car 'cause it is more easier and cheaper to go from Monolithos to any other location on the island. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
